What are Aromatic Essential Oils?

Aromatic essential oils are highly concentrated, volatile (easily evaporatable) oils obtained from the roots, leaves, flowers, bark or other parts of plants. These oils contain the natural essences of plants and are usually obtained by methods such as steam distillation, cold pressing or solvent extraction.

Uses of Essential Oils
